REFERRAL PROMOTION

Refer a new student to get up to $100 in total lesson credit for yourself and your referee (up to $50 each).

1. Who counts as a referee?

   A referee can be one of the followings (included but not limited to):

• Students who do not live in the same household
• Family members who live in a separate household
• Friends
• Colleagues

2. How to claim my referral discount?

   To claim your referral discount, both you and your referee need to be registered as a student for at least a 46-week semester as well as paying the annual registration fee, deposit (as outlined in our studio policy), and the first month's tuition at the end of the trial period. The lesson credit will be applied to your referee's first month's tuition and your next bill after all the conditions are met and the referral is deemed complete and successful.

3. I am a new student, can I get the referral discount if I refer someone right away?

   Yes, you can. Provided all the conditions listed in [2] are met.

4. I am an existing student, can I still get the referral discount?

   Yes, you can, but you are only able to get the maximum discount amount for the first referral you made provided all the conditions listed in [2] are met. For the subsequent referrals you made you will receive a smaller amount of referral discount. Please refer to [7] for more information.

5. *Up to $100? How do I get the $100?

   The maximum $100 lesson credit is the total for both you and your referee, $50 each. Here is the breakdown for all the discount amounts for each lesson duration variant:

   90 minutes lesson: $50 lesson credit

   60 minutes lesson: $50 lesson credit

   45 minutes lesson: $37 lesson credit

   30 minutes lesson: $25 lesson credit

6. What if I am taking the 60 minutes lesson package but my referee decided to take a 30 minutes lesson package?

   In that case, you will be getting a $50 lesson credit and your referee will be getting a $25 lesson credit.

   Vice versa, if you are taking the 30 minutes lesson package, you will be getting a $25 lesson credit and your referee will be getting a $50 lesson credit.

7. Can I keep referring others to keep getting the discount credits?

   Yes, you can! However, you are only able to get the maximum discount amount for your first referral. Let's say you registered for the 60 minutes lesson package at the time of your first referral, you will be able to get $50 lesson credit for that referral. For the subsequent referrals you made you will receive a 25% of the referral credits. So if you are still taking 60 minutes lessons with us when you refer a second student, you will be getting a $12 lesson credit (25% of $50) for that referral.

   Simply put, the more people you refer, the more credits you earn :)

8. I got a referral and am registered as a student, can I also refer others to get this discount?

   Yes! Everything listed above that applies to your referrer applies to you too.

9. When is the expiry for this promotion?

   This promotion currently does not have an expiry date but we reserve the right to modify and adjust the conditions of the referral program at any time. All lesson credits are non-redeemable for cash.
